ABout Me

Samantha Watson, LICSW

Pronouns: she/her

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with experience in intensive family therapy, individual therapy, public policy, and advocacy.

As a parent who has personally navigated postpartum anxiety, I am deeply committed to enhancing the conversation around maternal, perinatal, and reproductive mental health within my community. The journey from preconception to parenthood is complex and often filled with moments of isolation and uncertainty—but it doesn't have to be faced alone. I believe that therapy at every stage of this journey is essential for healing and support.

My aim is to create a compassionate, safe space where open, honest, and non-judgmental conversations can take place. I am here to support individuals and families through all experiences related to reproductive health, pregnancy, loss, childbirth, parenting, partnership, and self-care.
