About Me
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a background in intensive family and individual therapy, public policy, and advocacy.
I have always been passionate about coaching and supporting women and parents at all stages of their lives. This became clearer during my own perinatal journey. During my first pregnancy, I began to see the stigma and lack of attention given to parental mental health. After the birth of my second child and even more so after weaning my second child, I experienced, firsthand, the loneliness and confusion of postpartum anxiety.
My goal is to establish a safe environment to have open and honest conversations that support all experiences with infertility, loss, pregnancy, childbirth, parenting, partnership, and self-care.
I hold a B.S. in Human Services from Lesley University and a Master's of Social Work from Salem State University.
